If your jerky arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please reach out so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Email our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

Include clear photos of the packaging and the product if there is visible damage or a quality concern to help us improve our small-batch process.

Our team will review your request within 2 business days to determine if a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, your replacement jerky will be shipped immediately at no extra cost, or your refund will be processed and appear on your statement within 5-7 days.
